Abstract
In this talk, we first recall the cohomological obstructions to the Hasse principle and weak approximation established by Harari, Scheiderer, and Szamuely for varieties over p-adic function fields. Subsequently, we explain the relation between these obstructions. Finally, we construct an explicit example for which the Manin obstruction is trivial while the unramified obstruction is non-trivial. This talk is based on a joint work with Cao Yang.
