Abstract

In these two lectures, we will introduce some most commonly used methods of deriving the global boundedness and longtime convergence of parabolic problems. This is a follow-up of the previous 3 lectures that I gave on Sept 5, 6, 12, in which some basic theories of ODEs and local existence and blow-up solutions of parabolic problems have been introduced. These two lectures are accessible to students who have taken the graduate-level PDE course.
