Qualitative properties of the solution of a quasi-linear parabolic problem with a source term and a nonlocal absorption
Abstract: We mainly consider the longtime behavior of a quasi-linear parabolic problem with nonlocal absorption. It is proved that all the solution emitted from positive initial data will converge to a steady state in C([0,a]). The main difficulty of this problem is that the comparison principle is not always available and lack of regularity.
