Abstract: Preserving the general equilibrium state is crucial for accurately simulating and predicting the behavior of these systems. However, achieving this balance in numerical methods poses many difficulties. Therefore, it is an important subject to research and develop efficient numerical methods for hyperbolic systems of conservation and balance laws.
