Abstract: In this talk, I will introduce the existence, uniqueness and stability of non-constant stationary solutions of Euler-Poisson equations for semiconductors. In particular, I am going to talk about how the doping profile in semiconductors affects the behaviors of steady-state solutions. This is a joint work with Prof. Xuefeng Wang.
