The 5th Multi-university Joint Workshop in Arithmetic Geometry

Jun 1-2, 2019

Conference Summary

The 5th Multi-university Joint Workshop in Arithmetic Geometry was originally initiated by the Mathematical Departments of Capital Normal University and Southern University of Science and Technology, and its first phase was held on November 11th to 13th, 2017 at the Mathematics Department of SUSTech. The workshop is aimed at gathering the teachers and students of domestic universities who are interested in the related researches in the field of number theory and arithmetic geometry, studying together the classical theories and literature, and discussing academic frontier topics.

At present, the universities which participate in this workshop are Capital Normal University, University of Science and Technology of China and Southern University of Science and Technology. We welcome more teachers and students to participate in the workshop, and more schools to participate in the organization of the joint workshop.

The topic of this workshop is p-adic deformation of algebraic cycle classes, mainly studying and discussing continuous Chow groups, continuous K-theory , and the connection between Motivic cohomology and p-adic Hodge theory. This workshop is the third part of a series of workshops and its main references of contents of the invited talks are:
