Financial Math Seminar

Abstract: Through the combined lenses of agency theory and socioemotional wealth perspective, this seminar is to showcase two examples of family involvement in financial decisions. It consists of two working papers; one is entitled "Family involvement, CEO inside debt, and pricing of bank loan", and the other is "Deal valuations of family firms in cross-border acquisitions: A contextual analysis".
