Unique reconstruction of bioluminescence tomography based on diffusion approximation equations

Abstract

In this talk, we consider inverse source problems arising in bioluminescence tomography (BLT). Mathematically, BLT is an under-determined inverse source problem which leads to no solution uniqueness. Particularly, one cannot distinguish between a strong source over a small region and a weak source over a large region. In this talk, two kinds of methods are proposed motivated by the solution uniqueness. Some theoretical and numerical results are reported for the verification of the new model and methods.

个人简介

龚荣芳，南京航空航天大学数学学院，教授、博士生导师，计算科学系主任。 2009 年博士毕业于浙江大学，随后进入南京航空航天大学数学系工作，期间于2014-2015 年在美国 Iowa 大学、2016 年在瑞典 Orebro 大学、2018 年在澳大利亚国立大学进行学术访问。龚荣芳博士的研究方向主要包括光学成像、色谱成像、 Cauchy 问题等应用反问题的建模、正则化理论与方法，已在《Numerische Mathematik》、《Inverse Problems》、《Computational Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering》等发表 SCI 论文近 30 篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金等 7 项。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目 1 项，参与国家面上项目1 项、“LJ”专项 1 项。
